Rachel Lange, PT, DPT

Kevin earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Over the past 24 years, he has been involved in orthopedics, sports medicine, performing arts medicine, and work-related rehabilitation. Highlights of his career have included working at the NFL Combine medical re-check, being a Preferred Provider of Physical Therapy/Athletic Training for USA Gymnastics, participating as a initial member of the Drum Corps Medical Project, as well as serving as an Athletic Trainer at the High School, College, and Professional levels.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has experience working as an outpatient, home health, and school-based physical therapist. She also has experience working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
